Our Performance Management Process provides an opportunity where you will meet with your manager to discuss performance results, strengths and development needs, as well as individual goals for your career. At Wellspect HealthCare you will have an individual development plan that enables you to set both short-term and long-term goals for your career. Once a year, you will meet with your manager to outline your goals and decide upon your development plan. You will then continuously follow up and revisit your individual goals and development plan throughout the year. Most likely you will include a variety of activities in your development plan depending on your goals and your preferred learning approach.
Everyone who is employed at Wellspect HealthCare will join our introduction program. This program aims to help you engage and integrate into our business, our processes and your new role quickly and effectively. The program starts at the very moment you receive your contract. It covers a variety of topics such as our history, vision, values, policies, organisation, and global wellness program, to help you get a flying start at Wellspect HealthCare.
The purpose of the leadership program is to provide a platform for managers and leaders, where the content of the program is developed based on business requirements and expectations of the roles of manager and leader. The various components of the program will provide support and provide the manager and leader with the skills and tools to manage their important responsibilities as a manager and leader.
Different people learn in different ways and therefore prefer different approaches to learning. Our approach to learning is based on the 70:20:10 model where we believe that the best way to learn is through experiences from real situations. 70% of your learning should therefore be experience-based and take place at your workplace. 20% is relation-based learning that takes places around us by coaching, feedback or mentorship and only 10% of our learning is through education like structured seminars, lectures, e-learning and by reading books.
To build sales excellence and professional selling skills, we offer our sales associates continuous development starting from the point of hire. By identifying systemic as well as individual development needs, the activities includes extensive product and therapy training, professional and consultative sales techniques and sales management.
